POLICIES

TUITION

Students are encouraged to enroll in regular weekly lessons. Tuition is due monthly and payable online or in person. We accept cash, check or credit card. For automatic payment options, please contact us. We email invoices at the beginning of the month and ask that you pay tuition before the first lesson of a new cycle. Frequently missed or excessively late payments may result in suspension or termination of lessons.

Students who begin lessons mid-month pay “pro-rated” tuition (calculated by lessons remaining in the billing cycle). The discounted monthly rate applies to pro-rated tuition. Pay-per-lesson students are required to pay tuition prior to each lesson. See our “Helpful Information” document for current tuition rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your lesson we require written notice by 8pm the evening before your lesson. Lessons canceled after the 8pm cutoff are forfeited and the balance for the missed lesson due in full. Students who cancel by 8pm the evening before a lesson have the option to reschedule the missed lesson or roll a credit forward to next month’s tuition. LESSON START TIME

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to assure lessons start on a timely basis. Lessons are often scheduled back-to-back; therefore we cannot extend the length of a lesson with a late start time.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

We ask students to keep a folder or three-ring binder for music lessons. Please bring this to every lesson to ensure optimal use of instructional time. Additionally, teachers may request you purchase books or sheet music. Please contact us if you need assistance with required materials.

Please do not leave valuables in your car during lessons. Good Vibes Music School cannot be held liable for damage to vehicles or stolen property during lessons.

WITHDRAWL FROM LESSONS

Please give us at least two weeks notice if you wish to withdrawal from lessons.
